Who we are

Maverick Unity is a sole proprietorship based in Thessaloniki, Greece. For questions about this policy or about your data, use the contact form.

What we collect

If you sign up for the Playbook, we collect your email address and the date and wording of the consent you gave. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, address or any other detail.

If you simply read this site, we collect aggregate analytics: pages viewed, approximate country, and where the visit came from. This is not linked to you as an individual and we do not use advertising trackers.

What we do with your email address

We send you the Chilled Presentation Playbook, and after that no more than one email a month with new methods, recipes and occasional news about our pieces.

We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone. We do not use it to build advertising audiences on any platform.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, and we act on that immediately.

Under the GDPR you may also ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Use the contact form and we will respond within thirty days at the outside, usually within two working days.

The legal basis for sending you email is your consent, which you gave by ticking the box on the sign-up form.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are subscribed, plus twelve months, after which the record is deleted. If you unsubscribe, we retain your address on a suppression list so that we do not accidentally email you again. That is the only reason we keep it.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are collected without cookies and without a persistent identifier.

Links to Amazon

Some pages link to our products on Amazon. If you buy through one of those links, Amazon handles the transaction and your data under its own privacy policy, and we receive no personal information about you from Amazon.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will say so in an email before the change takes effect.
